This is our go to healthy rice bowl that will never get old to us! The marinade is a balance of sweet and salty that easily elevates bland tofu.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix marinade ingredients into a bowl & add cubed tofu. Set aside for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Drain tofu from marinade, place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping half way through.
  4. Assemble rice bowl! Jasmine rice, veggies, and tofu. Drizzle extra liquid aminos if you desire.
