Easy Tofu Rice Bowl
This is our go to healthy rice bowl that will never get old to us! The marinade is a balance of sweet and salty that easily elevates bland tofu.

Rice Bowl

Extra Firm Tofu
Cubed, Drained & Pressed
2
cups
Jasmine Rice
cooked

pack
Favorite Frozen Veggie
we like broccoli
Tofu Marinade
1/2
cup
Liquid Aminos
sub: soy sauce or coconut aminos

garlic
minced

Sesame Oil

Rice Wine Vinegar

Ginger
freshly chopped

Maple Syrup
sub: brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix marinade ingredients into a bowl & add cubed tofu. Set aside for 15-30 minutes.
Drain tofu from marinade, place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping half way through.
Assemble rice bowl! Jasmine rice, veggies, and tofu. Drizzle extra liquid aminos if you desire.
